La Maison Gourmande de Gonzague is a unique concept on the market, created by people with a passion for gastronomy to offer the most gourmet burgers, using the best products, respecting the environment and in the setting of a real restaurant.

Catering focused on original, chef-created recipes, using fresh, regional produce and therefore short-run, to highlight the heritage of French cuisine: taste, originality and homemade sauces.

Building on our success, we aim to open new restaurants by capitalizing on the 5 axes of the Gonzague concept, while developing new and original ideas over time and allowing franchisees to join in the adventure.

5 fundamental principles :

1) Short supply chain for all our products: We only use fresh, local produce.

2) A real chef in the kitchen! Toutes les recettes sont élaborées par un chef expert en combinaison des saveurs dont l’obsession est d’ensorceler vos papilles.

3) High-quality products: We take great care in selecting the products we use. Our steaks are a blend of particularly tender, juicy and flavorful beef parts. Our fresh French fries are prepared with firm-fleshed potatoes and oils suited to high-temperature cooking. Last but not least, our extensive wine and beer list will delight even the most discerning palate!

4) Everything's homemade: Starting with the buns made by a local baker, perfect fit and irresistible fluffiness guaranteed! The sauces, too, as well as the fresh homemade fries and desserts.

5) A warm, intimate ambience: Cushioned chairs, pretty tables and a pleasant decor make for even more enjoyable dining.

THE LITTLE EXTRA

The sauces! Each burger comes with its own homemade sauce, made each morning exclusively with fresh ingredients. Porcini sauce, foie gras sauce, truffle sauce, Gonzague sauce. We don't use ready-made slices of cheddar cheese, but rather creamy cheddar cheese prepared in a saucepan.

French fries are cut by hand every day and cooked twice. The oils are entirely renewed according to the rules of the art. The result: golden-brown fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

Homemade desserts are sure to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

La Maison Gourmande Gonzague is not looking for a typical profile.

We are looking for dynamic candidates with a taste for a job well done, the pleasure of seeing satisfied customers and the desire to take part in a human adventure in an atypical franchise whose mission is to delight its customers.

To achieve this, we offer you a solid training program in one of our restaurants, with support during your start-up phase and ongoing support to monitor your progress and answer your day-to-day questions.
